Sri Kanakamahalakshmi Coop Bank announces dividend.
Chairman of Sri Kanakamahalakshmi Cooperative Bank P Raghunadha Rao said that the bank has Rs 370-crore deposits and granted Rs 270 crore loans to customers while putting the bank’s turnover at Rs 640 crore.
Visakhapatnam: Chairman of Sri Kanakamahalakshmi Cooperative Bank P Raghunadha Rao said that the bank has Rs 370-crore deposits and granted Rs 270 crore loans to customers while putting the bank’s turnover at Rs 640 crore.
He announced 15 per cent of the profit as dividend to the members.
Addressing the general body meeting, the Chairman said that the bank has 17 branches in Visakhapatnam, West Godavari and Krishna districts and there are plans to open new branches at Madhurawada in Visakhapatnam, Payakaratopeta, Rajamahendrvaram and Mangalagiri.
He dwelt on profits and bank branches development.
He said the bank will soon implement internet banking, mobile banking and other allied services. Prizes were given to wards of bank employees who excelled in SSC public examination.
Bank vice-chairman K Rambabu, bank directors, auditors and over 900 members of t he general body took part in the meeting.
