Job Melas in all dists, says Ravela
Ravela Trust and Vikasa jointly conducted a Job Mela at RVR&JC Engineering College in Guntur rural mandal. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the aim of the Job Mela is to provide opportunities to the unemployed youth and added that so far they conducted Job Melas in Chilakaluripet and East Godvari districts
Guntur: Minister for Social Welfare Ravela Kishore Babu said that they will conduct Job Melas in all the districts in the State to provide employment opportunities to the youth under ‘Chandranna Udyoga Mela’.
Ravela Trust and Vikasa jointly conducted a Job Mela at RVR&JC Engineering College in Guntur rural mandal. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the aim of the Job Mela is to provide opportunities to the unemployed youth and added that so far they conducted Job Melas in Chilakaluripet and East Godvari districts.
He said that due to lack of communication skills, the candidates are not getting jobs and to overcome this problem they imparted training to the candidates. He said that over 24,000 candidates submitted their biodatas in the Job Mela and added that various companies will select 5,000 candidates.
He advised the youth to improve their communication skills. Minister for Agriculture Prattipathi Pulla Rao urged the youth to avail the facility provided by the Ravela Trust and get jobs. He stressed the need to conduct Job Melas in all the districts to provide job opportunities.
He said that it is a challenge to the government to provide employment to the youth.MLC A S Ramakrishna, former MLC Dr Rayapati Srinivas, SC Corporation executive director T Balaji Naik were present.
