Noted motivational speaker Gampa Nageswara Rao from Hyderabad enlightened the students on various careers options, the importance of education, how to choose the right career etc.

Kakinada: Around 600 students participated in the motivational and counselling session conducted at Suryakala Mandir, Kakinada under the aegis of the Dhirubhai Ambani Protsaham Scheme (DAPS).

Noted motivational speaker Gampa Nageswara Rao from Hyderabad enlightened the students on various careers options, the importance of education, how to choose the right career etc.

DAPS is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) aimed at students of Intermediate. To date, around 1,800 students have benefitted from the scheme.

Inaugurating the programme, S Malli Babu, Project Director, DRDA appreciated RIL for its support in educating the poor students who have got good scores in 10th Grade.

He also told the students that Intermediate was a crucial phase in their lives and advised them to work hard and obtain good ranks in EAMCET and JEE examinations.

MS Shobha Rani, Deputy Director, Social Welfare, East Godavari Dist, spoke on the importance of setting goals in life and achieving them. She asked the students to utilise the opportunity provided by DAPs and prepare themselves accordingly.
