Concentrate on sports: Gorantla
Rajamahendravaram Rural MLA Gorantla Buchaiah Chowdary who was present as a Chief Guest on the occasion emphasised on the importance of discipline and dignity for the students.
Rajamahendravaram: The investiture ceremony of Sri Shirdi Sai Vidya Niketan School was held in a grand manner on Saturday. The newly appointed Heads of the School Council and governing body members of the Star group of the school (Best performing student group in the school) were decorated with sashes and badges following which they took a pledge to dispense their duties to the best of their abilities, abide by the rules and regulations of the school and bring a good name to their institution.
Rajamahendravaram Rural MLA Gorantla Buchaiah Chowdary who was present as a Chief Guest on the occasion emphasised on the importance of discipline and dignity for the students.
He asked the students to concentrate on sports apart from academics and prepare themselves for a challenging future. The event was marked by spectacular activities like Mass PT and Wand Drill and concluded with a remarkable pyramid formation by students of the Star group. Rajamahendravaram Deputy Mayor Vasireddy Rambabu, School Founder and Correspondent T Paleswara Rao, Chairman T Sridhar and Director Srividya spoke on the occasion.
