DGP reviews law and order in East Godavari district

Rajamahendravaram: Director General of Police N Sambasiva Rao reviewed the law and order situation in East Godavari, on Friday and Saturday. The DGP who came to Rajamahendravaram from Vijayawada on Friday drove to Kakinada for the review meeting which was held on Friday and Saturday.

The need for new police stations, filling the existing vacancies and initiating welfare measures, also came up for discussion. Rajamahendravaram Urban SP B Rajakumari said the DGP had said that he would tour each district after the Krishna Pushkaralu and had started with East Godavari.
