Expedite road widening works: Collector

Vizianagaram: District Collector Vivek Yadav directed the authorities concerned to complete the road widening works as early as possible. On Tuesday, he reviewed the progress of road widening works with the officials and told them to relocate the temples, huts, buildings and electric poles. He directed the officials to call for tenders for the works and follow the technical and administrative norms.

He ordered the officials to complete the foot-over-bridge work, which was under progress at Alamanda and speed up the by-pass road works at Salur, Nellimarla, Parvathipuram and Vizianagaram. The municipal administration, revenue officials were present at the review meeting.
