Give priority to digital literacy: Civic chief
He along with Adult Education Deputy Director Ratna Kumar, Information and Public Relations Assistant Director V Bhaskara Narasimham distributed certificates to housewives, students and employees who completed the computer training.Â
Tadepalligudem: Tadepalligudem Municipal Chairman Bolisetty Srinivas called upon people to give priority to digital literacy in the present computer era. He was participating as the chief guest in the programme arranged at Pratham Computer Training centre on World Literacy Day here on Thursday.
He along with Adult Education Deputy Director Ratna Kumar, Information and Public Relations Assistant Director V Bhaskara Narasimham distributed certificates to housewives, students and employees who completed the computer training.
Speaking on the occasion, Municipal Chairman said that everyone should have computer knowledge besides basic education.
Pratham Institute Chief Executive Officer D Somasundar, DIET Principal SR Subrahmanyam participated in the programme.
