Vizianagaram: The ACB sleuths conducted a raid on the residence of a tainted engineer and found properties worth Rs 5 crore here on
Wednesday. Deputy Superintendent of Anti-Corruption Bureau D Laxmipathi disclosed that on a tip-off , they conducted the raid on the
house of K Vidyasagar, who is working as an executive engineer in the rural water supply department, and found assets disproportionate
to his known sources of income.
The team found documents of three flats and plots in Vizag, Vizianagaram and found bonds of ICICI Bank and post office.
As per market value, the total worth of assets is around Rs 5 crore. Vidya sagar is taken into custody and a case was registered, said the
DSP.
