LPS draft notification of Lingayapalem released
The APCRDA released Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) draft layout notification of Lingayapalem village in Amaravati capital region limits on Wednesday.
Vijayawada: The APCRDA released Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) draft layout notification of Lingayapalem village in Amaravati capital
region limits on Wednesday.
The CRDA has declared 9,91,510 square yards land in the village as residential area and 4,46,179 square yards as commercial area. It
has further classified 843 plots as commercial plots, 51 plots as villas and 646 as commercial plots totaling to 1,542 in the village.
In a press release here on Wednesday, the CRDA Commissioner, Ch Sridhar, said the draft notification was available in CRDA website,
published in Guntur gazette, newspapers and was put on display in government offices and local panchayat office.
He said written objections and suggestions on the draft notification can be sent to CRDA for changes within 30 days from the
announcement of the notice. He said the final notification would be issued in 30 days after receiving objections and suggestions.
