Warden suspended on disciplinary grounds
A Scheduled Castes women’s hostel warden was suspended here on Wednesday. District Collector K Bhaskar issued orders suspending the warden on disciplinary grounds.

suspending the warden on disciplinary grounds.
According to officials here, Degala Prabhavathi has been working as the warden of SC women’s hostel Number 3 in Ameenapeta in Eluru.
She was showing negligence while discharging the duties.
Recently, gas cylinders leaked out and blasted in a store room of the hostel wherein children in the hostel narrowly escaped. After
declaring a holiday to the hostel, she was caught transporting the rice bags outside in an auto.
Besides this, recently three girls were missing from the hostel. Taking all these incidents into consideration, the District Collector directed
the Social Welfare officials to suspend the warden immediately.
