Minister felicitates best teachers
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that the State government has allocated more funds for education in the budget. Bojjala said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is committed for strengthening of education system in the State by introducing reforms. He reiterated that the TDP government has been taking measures to create better infrastructure in all the government schools.Â
Chittoor: Forest Minister Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy exhorted teachers to mould their students as good citizens of the country. He stated that teachers have to play a significant role transforming the society. The Minister participated in an award function organised at Nagaiah Kalakshetram here on Thursday by the District Education department. Bojjala felicitated 1,000 best teachers working in government, aided and unaided schools.

The Minister said that the government in planning to introduce English as medium of instruction in lower classes in government schools. ZP Chairperson Girvani made an appeal to teachers and government employees to join their wards in government schools only. District Collector Siddharth Jain has enlisted the achievements of the teachers on the occasion.Chittoor MP Dr N Sivaprasad, Tirupati MLA Suguna, MLC Y Srinivasulu Reddy, TDP district president G Srinivasulu, District Educational Officer Nageswara Rao and others were present.
