Darsi to be developed as model constituency
The Minister visited the constituency on Friday to distribute residential plots to the beneficiaries in Darsi tahsil office. The Minister said in a public meeting here on Friday, “Various development activities are being carried out in the five mandals of the constituency.
Darsi: The Minister for Transport, Roads and Buildings and MLA of Darsi, Siddha Raghava Rao, said that he will develop the constituency as a model constituency. He said that about Rs 1,400 crore were spent in the constituenc till date and about Rs 100 crore would to spent for various development activities.
The Minister visited the constituency on Friday to distribute residential plots to the beneficiaries in Darsi tahsil office. The Minister said in a public meeting here on Friday, “Various development activities are being carried out in the five mandals of the constituency.
We have released Rs 250 crore to Markapuram Podili road and Donakonda-Addanki road will be made into a four- lane road soon. The Donakonda industrial corridor is attracting various companies from China, Singapore and Russia and will provide large number of jobs in future,” he said. The Chief Minister toiling day and night for the past 28 months and achieved double digit growth in economy, he pointed out.
