Special Police Force to guard Secretariat
On this occasion, the DIG said that the security arrangements of temporary secretariat would be monitored by special protection force and personnel will perform their duties as a special responsibility.Â
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Special Police Force (APSPF) has taken the security control of temporary Secretariat on Friday. APSPF DIG Yesuratnam formally launched its operations by performing Ayudha Pooja.
On this occasion, the DIG said that the security arrangements of temporary secretariat would be monitored by special protection force and personnel will perform their duties as a special responsibility. He ruled security threat to secretariat even though it doesn’t even have a compound wall. He further said that the entire area is very peaceful and no security risk including Naxal threat.
APSPF would monitor all the security measures when the chambers for Ministers have also been setup in secretariat. The special outpost would be provided at entrance gate and vehicles movement would also be recorded. Several senior officials were also present.
