NABARD initiative turns youth into entrepreneurs
National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD) is promoting entrepreneurship, particularly among youth. The NABARD\'s schemes have been receiving a good response in district. Most of the youth turning into entrepreneurs in the district with the support of NABARD.
Sets up client facilitation bureaus to expedite sanction of loans to the projects
Kakinada: National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD) is promoting entrepreneurship, particularly among youth. The NABARD's schemes have been receiving a good response in district. Most of the youth turning into entrepreneurs in the district with the support of NABARD.
NABARD in association with bankers and Industries department has come forward to extend loans for entrepreneurs to ground their units. Under this programme, NABARD had set up client facilitation bureaus (CFBs) to expedite sanction of loans to the projects.
According to NABARD district unit assistant general manager Dr K V S Prasad, the AP State Planning department has been making all efforts to promote industrial activities in a big way in the State.
He said the officials were instructed to give necessary permissions to entrepreneurs within 30 days. He urged the bankers to extend loans to financially viable projects.
