The Bill Gate foundation team will tour West Godavari district on Sept 29 to study the schemes implemented online
Eluru: The Andhra Pradesh Open School 10th and Intermediate examinations will be held from September 29 in the district, according to District Collector, K Bhaskar.
While participating during the District Officers’ Coordination Committee meeting here at the Collectorate on Monday, the Collector said that the examinations would be held in 11 centres in Eluru and Tanuku up to October 29.
He said that about 2,880 students have to attend the open school examinations and directed the respective mandal tahsildars to promulgate prohibitory orders under Section 144 of CrPC.
The Collector said that the Bill Gate foundation team will tour West Godavari district on September 29 to study the schemes implemented online. The foundation with its two teams will visit Tanuku and Bhimadole mandals and study the works taken up under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS), pensions, fertiliser distribution, health services and other schemes. In view of the foundation team tour, the officials have to be ready with the related information, the Collector said.
