Chittoor: In order to provide corporate level medicare to the poor, the government is committed to strengthen the government hospitals
in the State in a phased manner, said Minister for Municipal Administration P Narayana. He heaped praises on Chittoor MLA D K Satya
Prabha for serving the poor through her hospitals, he added.

On the eve of 76th birthday of her husband D K Adikesavulu, former MP and TTD Trust Board chairman, his wife Chittoor MLA Satya
Prabha organised a free mega health camp at SITAMS Engineering College here on Wednesday.

Minister for Municipal Administration Narayana inaugurated the mega health camp while Forest Minister B Gopalakrishna Reddy, Zilla
Parishad chairperson Girvani Chandra Prakash, Chittoor MP Dr N Siva Prasad, TDP president G Srinivasulu and others were present .

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister recalled the services of Adikesavulu for developing the district. He complimented Chittoor MLA
Satya Prabha for her commitment in developing the Chittoor Assembly constituency. There is a need to conduct mega health camps in all
towns and cities to ensure free medical services to the poor. One should draw inspiration from this and serve the poor by organisng free
medical camp to the downtrodden.

Forest Minister B Gopalakrishna Reddy praised the qualities of the late Adikesavulu. He felt that Adikesavulu was keen to provide
drinking water to Chittoor and Anantapur districts.

Chittoor MP Dr N Siva Prasad admitted that he was elected as Chittoor MP in the last elections with the cooperation of Adikesavulu.
Chittoor MLA Satya Prabha declared that she would continue to conduct free health camps across the district. Zilla Parishad
chairperson Girvani Chandra Prakash, TDP district president G Srinivasulu, TDP leaders Badari Narayana, Mohan, Rajeswari and
others were present.
