Visakhapatnam: The PM Palem police on Thursday registered a second case against well known builder of the city, Mullapudi Veera
Venkata Satyanarayana alias MVV Satyanarayana, managing director of MVV Builders and his associate Kumar for threatening a person
with serious consequences.
PM Palem Circle Inspector P Laxman Murthy said accused Kumar at the behest of MVV Satyanarayana threatened P Ranga Babu, a resident
of Balayya Sastry Layout, Seethammadhara, with dire consequences, if he did not cooperate with them in disposing off the apartments
that the builder had constructed on disputed land.
It may be recalled that MVV Satyanarayana was arrested about a week ago for land grabbing based on a complaint filed by one Jaddu
Vishnu Murthy. As per the complaint, Satyanarayana had encroached the land owned by others in PM Palem area near the cricket stadium
for developing a gated community.
