“All forms of transportation came to a standstill. Roads, railway tracks were washed out stranding people in their inundated homes in Palnadu area of Guntur,” he said. The left leader alleged that the government did not even arranged shelters.
He demanded that the government should shift the rain-affected area people to shelters and distribute food, water and other essentials.
