Centre assures National School of Drama in State
In this connection, Murali Mohan appraised him of the need of this centre at Rajamahendravaram, which was recognised as cultural headquarters in the State and the Chief Minister also promised to establish this centre ,at Rajamahendravaram during Nandi Natatoria, 2015 celebrations at RajamahendravaramÂ
Rajamahendravaram: Mahesh Sarma ,Union Minister for Tourism and Culture promised the Rajamahendravaram MP Maganti Murali Mohan that a branch of National School of Drama branch would be established here very soon ,When the MP Murali Mohan made this representation to Central Minister at New Delhi on Thursday ,Minister told him that efforts have been made for establishing this centre at Rajamahendravaram .

With regard to development of Havelock bridge as tourism centre, the Minister said that this would be taken up after the bridge was taken over by the State government from railways by paying Rs 9.5 crore.
Member of Parliament also urged Radha Mohan Singh, Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, to commence a Horticulture Research Institute in the city where 10 acres of land was already handed over for this purpose by the State government and Union Minister assured to process it very soon. Murali Mohan also claimed that Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu assured to allocate funds in the next railway budget for additional railway track on arch bridge on Godavari.
