​Visakhapatnam: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu launched Information Technology Association of Andhra Pradesh (ITAAP), an industry association for IT, BPM and Electronics sectors in AP, here on Thursday.The ITAAP shall carry forward corporate initiatives for integrated and inclusive developments across diverse areas to help the region.

It shall work on branding and promotion, policy and partnerships, startup and innovation, talent management and skill development, employee engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. The State-wide association comprises of four regions-North, Godavari, Central and South to be represented by chapters from each region and already four chapters have been formed by now at Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Vijayawada and Tirupati. The association shall launch a Talent Acquisition Platform on its portal to enable reverse migration of experienced and skilled talent back into Andhra Pradesh.
