Nellore: The government will take measures to improve quality of training in private nursing colleges in the State, said Minister for Health Dr Kamineni Srinivas. Speaking at a seminar organised by the State wing of Trained Nurses Association of India in the city on Friday, he assured that a directorate of nursing would be set up for professional career of nurses.

He expressed satisfaction for taking up works with Rs 6 crore for providing amenities to the devotees who visit the dargah. He thanked Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu for providing funds for improving facilities at Swarnala Cheruvu. Mayor Sk Abdul Aziz, Collector R Mutyala Raju and others were present.
