Kurnool: The International Day for Girl Child was observed at ‘Save the Girl Child Foundation’ here on Tuesday. Gracing the occasion, the Save the Girl Child Foundation, along with Sai Educational Rural and Urban Development Society (SERUDS), distributed sewing machines to five girls.Grace Stephenson and Jander Liskin both from America were the chief guests. Speaking on the occasion, they called upon the women to learn to live on their own feet as they have immense power.
