Shriram Foundation selected 25 schools in the district and adopted them and started a mobile science laboratory in these 25 schools on Friday. Science equipment is placed in the mobile car. Foundation has also appointed one science expert to explain and to do experiments. On inaugural day, some students tried some experiments with the help of an expert, who gave them necessary suggestions. 

Vijayawada: Shriram Foundation (Chennai) inaugurated its educational services at selected rural area schools in Krishna district on Friday.
Foundation Mobile Science Lab was inaugurated by Vijayawada Rural Mandal Parishad vice-president Jeetham Srinivasa Rao at Shoghi High school, Nunna near Vijayawada.

Shriram Foundation selected 25 schools in the district and adopted them and started a mobile science laboratory in these 25 schools on Friday. Science equipment is placed in the mobile car. Foundation has also appointed one science expert to explain and to do experiments. On inaugural day, some students tried some experiments with the help of an expert, who gave them necessary suggestions.

Speaking on the occasion, Shriram Foundation project head Jaya Sri said that the foundation adopted 25 best schools in the district based on the school's performance. Further she said every week the mobile science laboratory should touch three schools and would try to expand students knowledge and also provide equipment.

Foundation training head Subathi Sudhakar, scientist Rajesh Khanna, Sarpanch K Vijay Kumar, former MPP Y Nagireddy, former MPTC member B Srinivasa Rao, Shoghi high school principal G Sambasiva Rao, Vasavya Mahila Mandali president G Rashmi, secretary Keerthi and others participated in the event.
