Minister for Endowments P Manikyala Rao on Friday met the TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh in the TDP state party office in Guntur city.
Amaravati: Minister for Endowments P Manikyala Rao on Friday met the TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh in the TDP state party office in Guntur city.
He reportedly discussed about filling of nominated posts including trust boards for Kanaka Durga temple, Srisailam temple and other temples in the State, it is learnt.
Party leaders whose names were finalised for Kanaka Durga temple trust board were mounting pressure on the Ministers to issue a G.O for appointing trust board along with boards for Srisailam and other temples.
Lokesh also discussed about party membership drive, preparedness for GMC elections to be held soon and on strengthening the party from the grass-roots level.
He directed the party leaders to launch a campaign about welfare schemes introduced by the party for the welfare of poor.
