Farmers urged to get their doubts clarified

​Vijayawada: Minister for BC Welfare and Excise Kollu Ravindra and Machilipatnam MP Konakalla Narayana on Saturday inaugurated the Machilipatnam Area Development Authority (MADA) office at the District Collectorate office in Machilipatnam.
The district administration ensured inauguration of the office on time to speed up the land pooling activity for construction of the port and industrial corridor. It may be recalled that the State government issued notification for land pooling to construct the port and industrial corridor and Mega Township.
Speaking on the occasion, Kollu Ravindra said the farmers can visit the MADA office to get their doubts clarified on land pooling and government policies. Machilipatnam MP Konakalla Narayana said the development of Machilipatnam area will depend on construction of the port and industrial corridor.
Deputy Speaker of State Assembly Mandali Buddha Prasad, Minister for Water Resources Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao, Minister for Urban Development and Municipal Administration P Narayana, Pedana MLA Kagita Venkata Rao, Joint Collector Gandham Chandrudu and others were present on the occasion.
