Sunitha inspects government hospital
Patients told the Minister that they were happy with the facilities and amenities in the wards. Sunitha distributed medical kits containing liquid soap, baby towel and baby beds under the \'Sishu Samrakshana Yojana\' to the patients. Nutritional food was also distributed to pregnant women.Â
Anantapur: Minister for Civil Supplies Paritala Sunitha paid a surprise visit to Government General Hospita herel on Wednesday and interacted with the patients.She enquired about the services being rendered by the doctors and other services at the hospital.
Patients told the Minister that they were happy with the facilities and amenities in the wards. Sunitha distributed medical kits containing liquid soap, baby towel and baby beds under the 'Sishu Samrakshana Yojana' to the patients. Nutritional food was also distributed to pregnant women.
The doctors informed the Minister that the 'mother and child express' vehicle was being used to transport pregnant and conceived women to their homes in the villages.District Medical and Health Officer Dr Venkata Ramana and in-charge Superintendent Jayachandra Reddy were present.
