Poor enrollment of voters for MLC polls irks CEO
The CEO asked the revenue officials to ensure that all the eligible voters were enrolled before November 5, the last date for enrollment. Enrollment of voters would be taken up in the offices of Tahsildar, MPDO, MEO and Municipal office or at the State Election Commission online, he said. Form 18 was for enrollment of voters for graduates’ constituency, while Form 19 was for teachers’ constituency
Tirupati: Observing that enrollment of voters for the teachers’ MLC constituency was low, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Bhanwar Lal directed the officials to gear up the enrollment of voters. Bhanwar Lal held a meeting with the officials of Revenue Department here on the enrollment of voters for MLC election, including teachers’ and graduates’ constituencies, here on Wednesday.
