In Cherlopalli village, farmer Harikrishna had invested Rs 60,000 after borrowing the amount to raise the crop in four acres. He tilled the land as he felt the scope for harvesting the crop is bleak. He appealed to the government to come to his rescue. With tears welling up in his tears, he said he found no way to clear the debts.
