Draw inspiration from great scientists: Collector to students

Anantapur: District Collector Kona Sasidhar inaugurated Inspire-2016 exhibition on the St Augustine Church School premises here on Wednesday.Addressing the students and teachers, Sasidhar recalled his student days and said that he had no encouragement from any quarter and had to work hard to come up in life, but today the government was providing all help and encouragement to the students.

He asked the students to draw inspiration from great scientists CV Raman and Abdul Kalam and work for the realisation of the dreams of their parents. He hoped that the teachers and parents would provide motivation to the children.

Nearly 160 projects prepared by the students were on display at the exhibition.DEO Anjaiah presided over the inaugural event. Corporator Sri Devi and school principal Ludh Ratna were present.
