Endowments Minister promises basic amenities to denizens

Tadepalligudem: Endowments Minister Pydikondala Manikyala Rao Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been making sincere efforts for the welfare of poor people. He toured Sridevi Punta Rickshaw Colony in the 16th ward of Tadepalligudem on Thursday and asked about the problems in the Rickshaw Colony.
The colony people spoke about the drainage problem in the colony. They said the Minister that due to parking of lorries in the colony, women have been facing problems. The Minister said that he will direct the officials to provide basic amenities mainly drainage facility in the colony. He will also discuss with the Lorry Owners Association on the parking issue. He directed mandal tahsildar Madhusudana Rao to sanction house site pattas to the remaining eligible families.
He pointed out that out of 110 houses, only a few people got house site pattas. He directed the Transco officials to change the power lines that are going to the houses in the colony. He assures them of sanctioning old-age pensions to the eligible that have attained an age of 65 years. He also promises pensions to physically challenged. Municipal Council BJP floor leader Yeggina Nagababu, 16th ward Councillor Pendyala Chandrasekhar Rao, BJYM leader Y Naveen and others followed the Minister.
