Engineering students death in Vizag leads to massive protests
The engineering student at Avanti Engineering College, Pradeep who was abducted by unknown persons last week, was found dead n the shore of river Sharada in Anakapally.
The engineering student at Avanti Engineering College, Pradeep who was abducted by unknown persons last week, was found dead n the shore of river Sharada in Anakapally. His mysterious death triggered protests in Vizag on Tuesday as the deceased's family along with students staged a Dharna on the national highway at Aganampudi.
Traffic on the highway came to a standstill as the family demanded the arrest of the accused.
Pradeep and his friend were on their way to college Oct 28 at Kashimkota when the former was abducted. His friend informed Pradeep's family that rowdy sheeter Sai and Chinna abducted him in a car. No action was taken reportedly despite the family lodging a complaint.
Pradeep's family alleged that Sai and Chinna are responsible for the death and demanded their arrest.
