Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao emerged as the most popular CM in the country with 87 percent, according to a survey by the VDP associates.

However, the result has not been received well by all as AP TDP MLC Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu questioned the authenticity of VDP's survey. Speaking to the media on Monday, the TDP MLC demanded an explanation as to how KCR was ranked as the best Chief Minister in the country.

He also brought in comparisons with AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, questioning KCR's No 1 rank while resting at a farm house while a hard-working chief minister like Chandrababu ranking at No 7 in the survey.

Mr Naidu further commended Chandrababu for his valuable leadership abilities and the 2.5 years of journey in taking forward bifurcated Andhra Pradesh.
