CGRF to hold consumer awareness meetings
Chairperson of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited Justice D Dharma
Visakhapatnam: Chairperson of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited Justice D Dharma Rao will conduct consumer awareness meetings to sort out consumer problems in all districts being covered by the EPDCL, including north coastal Andhra, East and West Godavari districts, from November 4.
He disclosed that the first meeting will be conducted at Srikakulam circle office on November 4, Vizianagaram circle office on November 8, Tuni sub-division office on November 11, Narasapuram sub-division office on November 16, Amalapuram sub-division office on November 17 and Yellamanchili sub-division office on November 29 between 10 am and 1 pm at all venues.
Member (accounts) K Balaji, Member (Tech) P V Ramana Rao and Member (Ind) Panday Balaji will also participate along with chairperson. Justice Dharma Rao urged the consumers to utilise the opportunity by conveying their problems to the commission in person or in writing to the Chairperson, CGRF, ATC building, Corporate office, APEPDCL, P & T Colony, Seetammadhara, Visakhapatnam-530013.
