Dhone: Communist Party of India (CPI) State secretary Rama Krishna said the Jana Chaitanya Yatra had nothing to do with the common man and it would only benefit the TDP leaders. “TDP leaders are misleading the people in the name of Jana Chaitanya Yatra.
During the two-and-a-half years of TDP rule, no common man has benefitted,” he said. The CPI leader toured Dhone constituency on Wednesday. On this occasion, he said that he had seen TDP leaders fighting over Jana Chaitanya Yatras. “The TDP has split into two groups in Nandyal and each group is taking out separate yatra. By taking out separate yatras, what are the leaders going to do for the people?” he questioned.
Rama Krishna also condemned the recent killing of Maoists. He urged SCs, STs, BCs and Minorities to support the Maha Dharna to be held in front of the Collectorate on November 5.
