Youth and Children drama fest from Jan 18
The NTR Kalaparishad Ongole will organise 18th National Drama Festival from January 18, 2017 in Ongole. As part of the festival, the Kalaparishad is conducting a competition in the categories of youth and children drama.

Edara Haribabu, Zilla Parishad Chairman of Prakasam district and president of NTR Kalaparishad said, “We are conducting this competition to encourage talent in youth and children.
Nowadays the children are missing the creative spark in the routine run for marks and grades. So, we wanted to ignite their talent and provide audience to applaud them. We welcome the artistes from both the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and make arrangements for the display of their talents.
The play should be between 30 and 40 minutes of duration. The age of artiste for youth drama category is 15 to 40 years while it is below 16 years for the children category. One artiste should perform in one play only.
The dais would be equipped with the regular audio, visual effects system and wireless mikes would be provided for plays at the 3D arena.
