13 lakh donated to TTD

Tirumala: A devotee B Venkata Udhaya Bhaskar from Kothapeta in East Godavari district on Thursday donated Rs 10 lakh to TTD’s Nitya Annadanam Trust. Bhaskar handed over the demand draft towards the donation to TTD chairman Chadalavada Krishnamurthy at his camp office in Tirumala.
The devotee said that he was inspired by the TTD providing free food on a massive scale to the visiting pilgrims and also to the poor patients in Tirupati hospitals, he donated the amount to help the TTD to cover more and more needy people.
Two more devotees also donated Rs 3 lakh which include Rs 2 lakh to Annadanam Trust and Rs 1 lakh to SVIMS Arogya Vara Prasidini scheme.
