Vizianagaram: Superintendent of Police Kalidas Ranga Rao appealed to the candidates, who are appearing for constable exam, not to fall prey to middlemen. He said that merit is the criterion for recruiting the constables and there is no short cut to get into the police department.

The exam will be conducted on November 6. “We came to know that some people are luring the unemployed youth and promising them jobs. The candidates should be cautious and should not believe the middlemen,” he cautioned.
