Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday visited Chodavaram of Vizag District on as a part of his Jana Chaitanya Yatra.

Addressing the public meet, Chandrababu spoke at length about TDP's welfare schemes and said that it is the only party in the country to waive loans worth Rs.24,000 crores and pointed out that the members of "DWACRA" were given Rs 10,000 as loans. He also mentioned the "PASUPU-KUMKUMA" Scheme where ladies were granted RS 3,000 crores despite of the fact that AP was under budget deficits post bifurcation.

The Chief Minister also spoke about the demonetization move made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that it was a bold step taken to eliminate corruption.

However, Chandrababu said that the corruption would increase with the re-introduction of Rs 500 notes and introduction of new Rs 2,000 notes as the flow of black money will be more in the society in turn suppressing the justice.
