New ITDA PO takes charge

The Project Officer post was lying vacant for the past one month as Prasanna Venkatesh has been transferred and the Joint Collector Balaji Lathkar took additional charge as ITDA PO.
Parvathipuram (Vizianagaram): Dr G Lakshmisha belonging to 2013 IAS batch took charge as Project Officer of ITDA Parvathipuram on Wednesday.
He has taken the charge from Lathkar Shrikesh Balajirao, who is the Joint Collector and also working as In-charge Project Officer of ITDA. Later, he met Collector Vivek Yadav.
The Project Officer post was lying vacant for the past one month as Prasanna Venkatesh has been transferred and the Joint Collector Balaji Lathkar took additional charge as ITDA PO.
Now, the Andhra Pradesh government has appointed the regular officer to the ITDA. Due to unavailability of regular officer, the tribals of eight mandals, which come under ITDA, have been facing problems.
