Elocution and essay writing competitions on the eve of 49th National Library week festival were held at the district library here on Monday.
Guntur: Elocution and essay writing competitions on the eve of 49th National Library week festival were held at the district library here on Monday. Chairman of Bhashyam Educational Institutions Ramakrishna said their students showed their talent in various competitions.
M Kayura and R Hardika of Bhashyam main campus got 1st and 2nd places respectively in junior’s elocution and essay writing competitions. M Chusma and Ch Sushma both got 2nd place in senior level elocution and essay writing competition. M Ruparshini, M Leeladhar won 2nd and 3rd places respectively in primary level fancy dress competition.
Bhashyam Ramakrishna said that libraries play a vital role in improving student’s knowledge. He recommended the students to read books which would help them to achieve success in competitions. He, along with T Shiva, Guntur urban zone in-charge, and P Krishna Kishore, main campus principal, congratulated the winners.
