Bruce Gagnon, World Coordinator, Prof Dave Webb, Convener, William Griffin, Peace Ambassador, and Narayana Rao, India Coordinator, addressed a meeting at Sri Sai Vidya Mandir in Srikakulam here on Thursday. They said that the world should be peaceful and satya (truth) and ahimsa (non-violence) should be used instead of weapons.
They said Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Dalai Lama and Martin Luther King should be taken as role models of peace and stressed on the importance of peaceful communication and conflict resolution. A book titled ‘Crack the interview’ jointly by Krishnaveer Abhishek Challa, Soft Skills Trainer of Andhra University and Santosh Kumar Karimilli, Director, Tao Educare, Srikakulam, was released on the occasion.
