Master plan for Srisailam temple development soon: Minister
Endowments Minister P Mainkyala Rao said the government would prepare master plan for development of Srisailam temple.
Amaravati: Endowments Minister P Mainkyala Rao said the government would prepare master plan for development of Srisailam temple.
Releasing the Srisailam Devasthanam temple’s New Year calendar at his chamber at Interim Secretariat at Velagapudi here on Tuesday, he said that the temple would get new changes soon.
A new ring road would be laid in 7-km radius around the temple and Mada Veedhulu also would be formed soon.
The Srisailam Devasthanam would start a channel in the model of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.
He said the government has plans to construct quarters for employees of the temple in 450-acres site at Sunnipenta.
He said that Nakshatram Vanam would be developed at a cost of Rs 10 crore for supplying flowers for temple pooja needs.
Srisailam Devasthanam Temple Joint Executive Officer Harinatha Reddy and several officials were also present.
