The Income Tax authorities seized unaccounted cash of over Rs 120 crore in new currency notes and huge amounts of gold from Chennai-based Telugu industrialist and (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams) TTD member J Sekhar Reddy.

Following instructions from Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to the Department of Endowments, Shekar Reddy was removed from the trust board of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.
