Ravela lays foundation for Shilparamam
Guntur: Minister for Social Welfare Ravela Kishore Babu laid the foundation stone for the construction of Shilparamam at Adavitakkellapdu in Guntur rural mandal at a cost of Rs10 crore to provide recreation to the people residing in the city. Once Shilparamam is completed, the people residing in the city and surrounding mandals will come to Shilaparamam in the weekends and holidays for recreatio
Guntur: Minister for Social Welfare Ravela Kishore Babu laid the foundation stone for the construction of Shilparamam at Adavitakkellapdu in Guntur rural mandal at a cost of Rs10 crore to provide recreation to the people residing in the city.
Once Shilparamam is completed, the people residing in the city and surrounding mandals will come to Shilaparamam in the weekends and holidays for recreation, he said and added that they will conduct exhibitions and cultural programmes also.
He further stated that the government will develop Guntur city on the lines of Vijayawada city. He said that the Guntur Municipal Corporation has taken up road widening works and city beautification work.
He said that the comprehensive drinking water scheme works will be completed soon.
