Addressing a review meeting here at the DWMA conference hall here on Saturday, Srinivas said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has directed all districts in-charge Ministers to visit their respective districts and hold meetings with the bankers to take steps for minimising the sufferings of people and also for encouraging people to switch over to cashless transactions. 

Anantapur: Health Minister Dr Kamineni Srinivas has called upon bankers to minimise sufferings of the common man and create awareness among the people about the objectives of demonetisation.

Addressing a review meeting here at the DWMA conference hall here on Saturday, Srinivas said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has directed all districts in-charge Ministers to visit their respective districts and hold meetings with the bankers to take steps for minimising the sufferings of people and also for encouraging people to switch over to cashless transactions.

He said that by the end of December, small denomination notes would arrive and ease the present suffocation of notes scarcity.He said that the Chief Minister being the chairman of the All India committee constituted by the Prime Minister would take the problems of the people to the later's notice.

Civil Supplies Minister Paritala Sunitha said that the bankers are doing their best to ease the problems of people. District Collector Kona Sasidhar also spoke.
