18 DSPs get posting orders

Vijayawada: Director General of Police (DGP) N Sambasiva Rao gave posting orders to 18 Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSPs) in the state on Monday. The DSPs had been waiting for posting orders for the last few months.
The Police Establishment Board meeting was held at DGP chamber on Monday and a resolution was passed for issuing the posting orders to DSPs. The capital city Vijayawada got four additional posts of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) as per GO No48. Commissioner of police D Gautam Sawang will allot the posts to the new DSPs after they report for duty.
