Inaugurating two-day national conference on `Work, life management in the present era of the globalisation’, Prof. Naidu said that the work culture in software industries, other industries, financial and educational institutions are changing according to the demand. J V Anjaneyulu, Head of Login Services of ONGC and Murali Kumar, Associate Vice-President of GMR Energy Private Limited have opinioned that it is very difficult to maintain balance and also patience in the work where the candidate is working. They said that if anyone maintains these two they will succeed in the industry on the work they have chosen.

Prof. S Teki, Dean, Academic affairs of Nannaya University said that balancing is important in work and the same was mentioned in our Puranas also.

Assistant Professor of Management studies and convener of the conference said that job satisfaction is important in any field and one should get that more than what they are earning.

Later Prof M Mutyalanaidu released a book on Stress Management. He congratulated the authors of the book, Krishnaveer Abhishek Challa, Secretary of the Linguistics Research Society, Dr Udaya Bhaskar, Head of the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, and P Rajitha for their contribution to stress management techniques. Prof. K.S. Ramesh, Principal of College of Arts, Nannaya University presided over the meeting. P. Umamaheswari Devi and others participated in this conference.
