Medical services at doorstep introduced in pilgrim city

Tirupati: A novel medical facility ‘Call Health Services (CHS)’ was introduced in the pilgrim city on Saturday. CHS Tirupati president Jaisheel said that the CHS was aimed to provide facilities like lab and scanning to the needy patients at their homes. Further, the CHS provide the services at a concessional rate of 50 to 70 per cent less that the charges normally collected by the labs and scan centres.

Medicines would also be delivered at the door steps at 20 percent rebate while physiotherapy would be provided free of cost. Free health camps would be conducted in various localities in the city to promote CHS, he said. Sri Chaitanya School chairman CH Jaya Bhaskar formally launched CHS at the school in STV Nagar on Saturday.
