Vajpayee’s birthday celebrated
BJP activists led by party district general secretary Bhaskar celebrated the birthday of party patriarch and former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee, on Sunday. A cake was cut on the occasion and distributed to children.
Tirupati: BJP activists led by party district general secretary Bhaskar celebrated the birthday of party patriarch and former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee, on Sunday. A cake was cut on the occasion and distributed to children.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhaskar said that it was the untiring efforts of leaders like Vajpayee along with senior party colleagues LK Advani, MM Joshi and a host of others that saw the party coming to power at the centre.
Vajpayee also proved himself as an able Prime Minister by taking along all political parties including the Opposition with him and had succeeded in providing an able and efficient administration. Vajpayee had many successes under his belt such as the ‘Kargil war’, the Highway project s etc, said Bhaskar. BJP leaders K Chandrababu, G Gopinath and others were present.
