JC Diwakar Reddy: MPs, MLAs have no respect in democratic system
Telugu Desam Party MP from Anantapur JC Diwakar Reddy once again caused uproar with his statements. Speaking to the media, the MP said that he is not happy with his post as the MPs and MLAs have no respect in the democratic system.

Stating that only the Prime Minister and Chief Ministers hold prominence, Diwakar Reddy said that there is no point in contesting elections, hence he will not be doing so the next time.
While he expressed his distaste of not wanting YS Jagan Mohan Reddy becoming the Chief Minister which is the reason he joined TDP, the MP said the has no idea nor has a say in his decisions if he wishes to join the YSR Congress party.
He further reiterated that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu would depend on officials rather than the public representatives adding that he is not scared of him.
